Flower Crown Workshops 2015

Following on from last year’s successful event, we are once again preparing to celebrate National Flower Crown Day … are you with us?

Whether you opt for faux or real, a stunning flower crown is all you really need to set you apart from the crowd at a party, summer picnic or your own wedding

If you are already a dab hand at making your own, then we take our collective floral crowns off to you! But if you would like or need a little guidance and help or prefer to order a bespoke crown from us in time for that special day, then read on …

We will be running some floral workshops at our work studio at New Covent Garden Flower Market in Nine Elms over the Summer but there will be a special workshop on September 23rd, the eve of NFCD itself, so you have the opportunity to make your own Floral crown to wear the next day with pride

Here’s some evidence of what we got up to last year …

Thursday 23 September (venue to be confirmed but will be central London)

Real Flower Crown Workshop 6.30-8.30 pm

Cost per person £50

All flowers and materials provided, help in choosing your flowers, tuition and of course your finished crown! Plus some light refreshments will be on hand

Please email to register your interest and book your place

Please call or email if you would like to order a bespoke floral crown – real (has to be collected from the Blue Sky Flowers’ Studio at New Covent Garden Market) or faux (faux must be ordered by September 14 to be received by NFCD)

Dartmouth House wedding venue

One of my most favourite places to flower for a wedding is the wonderful Dartmouth House.. set in the heart of Mayfair, it has a lovely history and is currently the home of the English Speaking Union. But it is also a truly fabulous venue in which to get married
