That just about sums up the awesome wedding of Lara and Dan... these two love birds were just amazing, the cutest, sweetest couple I think I've ever had the pleasure of working with... and it was also the name of their first dance track!
Lara was one of those perfect brides, not only did she have an absolute vision of what she wanted her and Dan's wedding to be, but she could articulate it in terms that I could get and translate... and from our first meeting almost exactly a year ago, I couldn't wait to get started
I think this images pretty much sums up the entire wedding, love and laughter!
The deep colours of the flower palette reflect the time of year but aren' christmassy... which deep red and plum mix with nude roses, heavily scented blush white roses, delicate poufs of hydrangea and gorgeously fragrant eucalyptus folige
For anyone getting married in December, you might be worried about what flowers to have...well as you can see, we did well with garden roses, anemones, scabious, hellebores, hydrangea, astilbe, astrantia and tonnes of mixed foliage, ivy, eucalyptus, laurel and of course jasmine
Candlelight is one of the most important items to include in winter weddings and we had it everywhere! Up the stairs at Hackney Town Hall, around the Chuppah and on all tables
Because there was time during the drinks reception, we reused some of the Chuppah flowers along the front of the top table and added in lots of tea lights and candles to match the guest tables
Dan is a musician with one of my favourite bands, London Grammar, so naturally there were musical touches throughout
