The Floral Design Process

Step 1: Discovery Call

Once you've made contact about your wedding, we will set up a discovery call to talk over the details and I can find out what you like and don't like. I usually try to meet my couples in person and perhaps crab a coffee, but sometimes this is just not possible, so Zoom it is... we can 'meet', talk, and look at visuals in much the same way

Step 2: Your personalised wedding flower quote

Once I have all the relevant info, I will create a personalised visual quote for you to review. Even if your wedding date seems a along way off, now is always the perfect time to start looking for at suppliers, so you can relax and be confident that you have the right people on board to deliver what is in your head

Step 3: Booking in for your wedding date

The proposal I prepare for you will have examples of the floral designs I'm suggesting for your reception and ceremony, an idea of what the personal flowers will look like along with a breakdown of costs for each element so you can scale up or down depending on your final numbers, etc and an idea of the likely delivery and clear cost

But none of this is set in stone... room layouts change, table shapes change, bridesmaids get pregnant, the weather can be on our side or not! So we discuss the final details again before the cut off point of our flower market visit which will be a month before the wedding date when we choose exact flowers and colours, vases, candles, ribbons  and anything else that is essential to personalise the day

Pricing and Packages

We create bespoke weddings and they don't come as a package... each wedding is costed out based on your guest numbers, your floral requirements, your venue location and your particular requests

We have a minimum floral budget of £6,000 for premium week weddings but are able to discuss budgets

under this figure once we know the details and requirements
